Aregger Micha

Micha Aregger (*1976) lives and works as a freelance artist in Beinwil am See. He focusses on the aesthetic appearance of naturally grown structures in his work. Aregger's works always begin with a visual and intellectual analysis of the laws of growth found in nature and the associated mathematical relationships. These fascinating phenomena, which we often hardly notice in everyday life or only in passing, become an event in Micha Aregger's sculptures: the artist succeeds in making the mysterious and the hidden in nature visible in its true beauty and staging it in a grandiose field of tension between artificial materials, irritating colouring and naturalness.
