The Japanese artist Kan Yasuda was born in 1945 in Bibai in Hokkaido Prefecture. He completed his artistic training at Tokyo University of the Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Yasuda's works are widely acclaimed around the world and are represented internationally in public spaces as well as in private and public collections. His artistic work has been acknowledged with numerous prizes and awards.
